In my race car I pour an additional quart to a quart and and half so it never sucks air due to not enough oil with heavy g’s and I’ve never ran into an issue 🤷‍♂️

I like this experiment with the black lada bushings the seemed to take the stress better than the rest. a heaver vehicle would help with the stiff ride. good idea guys with the bushings.

The Lada bushings seem like they're better as bumpstops than the factory bump stops. On Hondas, I've seen people use rubber dog toys, the type with the food hole. I wonder how those would work as a spring?

If you are at quarter of quart as I said not a whole quart, over full on 5qt oil pan with brand spanking new fresh oil you will be ok with a normal drive then after that you will be good for freeway speeds. Some of those 5qt jugs are like a bit more than the standard 5qt jug they are as tall but they throw your vision off because they are fatter but you can't see it unless you are looking at a Castrol jug and a rotella jug, places have noticed that and they send them back to be labeled 6qts instead of 5, watch out for that. It's the same size in how tall the jug is but it's fatter in the center of the jug so now places have 5qt jugs and 6qt jugs which is confusing I mean just make the 5qt standard jugs oil companies please, anyone who has a 6 or 8 qt oil pan is fine on buying a couple individual quarts anyway.
